YR 1 LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS
Compass Academy Year 1: Leadership Essentials. Year 1 courses are designed to give all students an overview of and exposure to the Compass Model and approach to Leadership. Whether new to Compass or a seasoned leader, these courses help synchronize everyone and cover the basics of effective biblical leadership and core Compass ministries and values.
