One of the defining characteristics of a good leader is that they can inspire and manage change. A team or organization should not stay the same, with you as part of it. Some would say that maintaining the 'status quo' (i.e. a lack of change) is the death of an organization; that positive change towards agreed goals is an essential part of any thriving entity.
