We are excited you are interested in pursuing the next step in leadership growth with us at Compass.

 

We are passionate about this program and believe it will transform lives and prepare us for the work God has called us to do. We are here to encourage, equip, and expand the impact of those who are called to lead.

Requirements of a Compass Academy Student: 

​

  • Completion of Rooted Program

  • 5 hrs per week active volunteerism at Compass

​

Scholarships are available in some cases. If you feel you are in need of a scholarship please contact Rob Maupin, Compass Exec Pastor at robmaupin@mycompasschurch.com.

The normal price of an Academy course (7 weeks) is $300. Our introductory courses are available for a discounted price of $200. Once you submit your application form you will be directed to pay this course fee.

Please Note - By applying to the Compass Academy, you are enrolling as a student of Dallas Christian College. Dallas Christian College is partnering with Compass to host the Academy courses. As a formally enrolled DCC student, you are required to provide information such as your Social Security Number. 

​

We expect most Academy Students will complete these courses to develop or discover their leadership effectiveness to better serve God at Compass.  In some instances, a student may instead wish to take this course for full academic credit with DCC. If so, please be aware this involves additional time and assignments.
