One of the defining characteristics of a good leader is that they can inspire and manage change. A team or organization should not stay the same, with you as part of it. Some would say that maintaining the 'status quo' (i.e. a lack of change) is the death of an organization; that positive change towards agreed goals is an essential part of any thriving entity. But how do we lead well, lead change, lead under authority, and lead without leaving others behind? This week in Compass Academy we talk about leading change but not revolution.
